Belonging, Betrayal, and the Edit That Hit Home

This wasn’t just about trimming scenes. It was scalpel work. Liam Traynor finessed fragments of identity into digestible bursts of story, laced with tension, awkward glances, and generations of expectation.

The film – a disarmingly modern love story starring Karan Soni (Deadpool) and Jonathan Groff (Mindhunter, Hamilton) – pulls the curtain back on what it means to belong, to love, and to disappoint your parents beautifully. Sunita Mani, Zarna Garg, and Harish Patel round out the cast, layering humor and history into the fabric of the campaign.

Backed by Wayfarer Studios and distributed by Blue Harbor Entertainment, the campaign was steered by Trailer Park Group – and we jumped in to help drive the trailer rollout across formats and platforms. It paid off. The team was nominated for Best Romance at the 2025 Golden Trailer Awards. A nod. A wink. A vindication. Proof that a good trailer can still punch through the noise – and into the heart.
