Takeout

Directed by Jem Garrard, Takeout follows three night-shift coworkers who suspect a customer may be a serial killer—and discover the truth the hard way. We supported the production from dailies ingest and editorial support through online conform, color, sound, VFX, QC, and final UHD platform masters.

With creative stakeholders working from the U.S. and our teams in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we ran a secure, low-latency remote workflow to stream sessions globally for live reviews and rapid notes. That single-vendor approach cut down handoffs, accelerated approvals, and kept picture, sound, and VFX perfectly in lockstep, so the tense, bottle-episode energy the director crafted on set carried cleanly into the final master.
